    part of the money was spent on gambling<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications and preventive measures<\/h3>\n

    The defendant is charged:<\/p>\n

      \u0447. 4 Art. 408 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine<\/strong> (desertion under martial law).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      At the request of the prosecutor, the court imposed a measure of restraint detention with an alternative to bail in the amount of UAH 12.5 million<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
