HACC imposes on Yulia Tymoshenko a measure of restraint in the form of UAH 33 million bail<\/h2>\n

High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC)<\/strong> imposed a preventive measure on the party leader \u00abYulia Tymoshenko's Batkivshchyna<\/strong> in the form of collateral in the amount of UAH 33 million<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The court made the decision in the framework of criminal proceedings being considered by the anti-corruption authorities.<\/p>\n

In addition to posting bail, the court imposed a number of procedural obligations on Yulia Tymoshenko, including:<\/p>\n
