Kellogg: Putin realises he will not win the war against Ukraine<\/h2>\n

President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin<\/strong> is aware that will not be able to win the war against Ukraine<\/strong>, and is trying to find a way out of this situation. This was stated by the American politician and retired general Keith Kellogg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
