Chisinau and part of Moldova are left without electricity due to disruptions in Ukraine's power grid<\/h2>\n

In the capital of Moldova Chisinau<\/span><\/span><\/strong> - and a number of regions of the country have experienced a blackout. This was reported in the Ministry of Energy of Moldova<\/span><\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Details of the situation<\/h3>\n

According to official information, the outages were caused by a large-scale voltage drop in the power grid Ukraine<\/span><\/span><\/strong>, with which Moldova has synchronised power connections. This resulted in automatic protective outages in the Moldovan grid.<\/p>\n

The power supply has been cut in Chisinau and some of the country's settlements. Power engineers are working to stabilise the system and gradually restore power supply.<\/p>\n
