Income below UAH 10,979 means being below the poverty line - the Ministry of Social Policy<\/h2>\n

According to Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine<\/span><\/span><\/strong>, if the person's income is less than UAH 10,979 per month<\/strong>, which means that it is below the poverty line<\/strong> by actual living conditions in the country at the beginning of the year 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

What does this limit mean<\/h3>\n

The actual subsistence minimum is an estimate of the real the cost of \u00absurvival\u00bb<\/strong> based on current prices for food, medicine, utilities and basic needs. If the income is below this amount, people often have to save for:<\/p>\n

    medicines and treatment,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    good nutrition,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    paying utility bills,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Pensioners at risk<\/h3>\n
