Russian troops are conducting a large-scale offensive in the Sumy region<\/strong>, The Russian Federation has been increasing the number of its forces in this area every month. This was reported by Ukrainian Pravda<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/em> with reference to intelligence data.<\/p>\n
