This was reported by the Polish edition <strong data-start=\"362\" data-end=\"403\"><span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\"><em>Rzeczpospolita<\/em>.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"569\" data-end=\"594\">The event had a paid entrance fee:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"595\" data-end=\"674\">\n<li data-start=\"595\" data-end=\"631\">\n<p data-start=\"597\" data-end=\"631\">from <strong data-start=\"601\" data-end=\"615\">150 PLN<\/strong> for students<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"632\" data-end=\"674\">\n<p data-start=\"634\" data-end=\"674\">to <strong data-start=\"637\" data-end=\"652\">5000 PLN<\/strong> for the status of \u00abpatron\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"676\" data-end=\"724\">In total, the event was attended by over <strong data-start=\"711\" data-end=\"723\">550 people<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"726\" data-end=\"762\">Why the owner didn't cancel the event<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"763\" data-end=\"1021\">Local residents attempted to disrupt the event, including by filing a petition, arguing that the organisers' views were anti-Ukrainian. However, according to Polish law, the owner of the venue had no legal grounds to refuse to rent the premises.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1023\" data-end=\"1206\">In this situation, Grokhovsky made a different decision: <strong data-start=\"1072\" data-end=\"1169\">he decided to donate all the money received from renting and holding the congress to help Ukraine<\/strong>, which opposes Russian aggression.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1208\" data-end=\"1232\">The position of a businessman<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1233\" data-end=\"1494\">The businessman has publicly stated that he considers such political movements <strong data-start=\"1293\" data-end=\"1325\">dangerous to society<\/strong> and that should not be ignored by the state authorities. According to him, financial support from Ukraine has become a way for him to make his position clear.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1496\" data-end=\"1510\">Context.<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1511\" data-end=\"1790\">The Confederation party has repeatedly been at the centre of scandals due to anti-Ukrainian statements and criticism of the Polish authorities\u00ab support for Ukraine.
