Verification of Starlink terminals through a \u00abwhite list\u00bb is introduced in Ukraine\u00bb<\/h2>\n

Ukraine introduces mandatory terminal verification Starlink<\/strong> within the so-called \u00abwhite list\u00bb<\/strong>. This was announced by the Minister of Defence of Ukraine Mikhail Fedorov<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

According to him, the government has adopted a resolution to regulate the use of satellite internet. All terminals that do not pass the verification procedure will be banned, will be disabled<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

How the verification will take place<\/h3>\n

Separate mechanisms are provided for different categories of users:<\/p>\n

  • \n

    For citizens<\/strong> - one visit to the nearest Administrative Services Centre<\/strong>. The procedure is free of charge, fast and without unnecessary bureaucracy.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    For business<\/strong> - verification can be done online through the Diia portal\u00ab<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    For the military<\/strong> - you do not need to visit the ASC. For Defence Forces of Ukraine<\/strong> a separate secure channel through the system is already in place DELTA<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Why you need it<\/h3>\n

    As explained by the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the introduction of the \u00abwhite list\u00bb will allow:<\/p>\n

      prevent unauthorised use of terminals;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      improve network security;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      ensure stable operation of Starlink for critical infrastructure and defence needs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
