In February, Kyiv residents can only receive electricity from 4-6 hours per day<\/strong> due to large-scale damage to the city's key thermal power plants. This was stated by the Chairman of the Board of the Ukrainian Renewable Energy Association Stanislav Ignatiev<\/span><\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n
