Three TCC employees beat a man to death in Dnipro region<\/h2>\n

Dnipropetrovska oblast.<\/strong> Law enforcement officers detained three servicemen of the territorial recruitment and social support centre involved in the death of a man. This was reported by police of Dnipropetrovska oblast<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

What happened<\/h3>\n

According to the investigation, the police received a report of the death of a 55-year-old man on the night of 7 February. Preliminary examination results indicate that the cause of death was head injury<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Law enforcement officers examined the scene, seized material evidence and a vehicle with traces of the victim's blood. Witnesses and eyewitnesses were also interviewed.<\/p>\n

Suspects and the article<\/h3>\n

In the course of investigative actions, it was established that the following persons may be involved in inflicting fatal injuries three TCC servicemen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

They were detained in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. The actions of the suspects are classified under \u0447. 2 Art. 121 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine<\/strong> - intentional grievous bodily harm that caused the victim's death.<\/p>\n

The investigation is ongoing<\/h3>\n

A pre-trial investigation is currently underway to establish all the circumstances of the incident. Law enforcement officials emphasise that final conclusions will be made after the investigation is completed.<\/p>\n
