TCC employees have no right to detain citizens - statement by Lubinets<\/h2>\n

Employees of territorial recruitment and social support centres (TCC<\/strong>) have no authority Detain, arrest or detain citizens<\/strong>. This was stated by the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
