Ukraine is preparing a renewed approach to mobilisation<\/strong>, which provides for the introduction of voluntary contracts for 2-5 years<\/strong>. This was reported by the MP Fyodor Venislavsky<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

What is proposed to be changed<\/h2>\n

According to the MP, the new model should combine:<\/p>\n

    voluntary format of service<\/strong> under the contract;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    clearly defined terms of service in the army<\/strong> - from two to five years;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    system motivational guarantees<\/strong> for military personnel.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What incentives are provided for<\/h2>\n

    Key incentives can include:<\/p>\n

    • \n

      a year of guaranteed holidays<\/strong> after two years of service at the front;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      significant financial payments<\/strong>;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      expected conditions of service and social guarantees.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      These changes are expected to increase voluntary participation in the defence of the state<\/strong> and to make the army recruitment system more stable.<\/p>\n

      The issue of mobilisation remains one of the most sensitive in society amid the ongoing full-scale war.<\/p>\n
