EU should change approach to enlargement due to war - Commissioner Kos<\/h2>\n

The current methodology of EU enlargement was created \u00abfor peacetime\u00bb and now requires radical revision<\/strong>. This was stated by the European Commissioner for Enlargement Martha Kos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
