Case opened in Odesa region over kennel with almost a hundred dogs in terrible conditions<\/h2>\n

In Izmail, Odesa region, law enforcement officers opened criminal proceedings over the activities of a kennel where almost 100 purebred dogs<\/strong> in inappropriate conditions.<\/p>\n

According to preliminary data, the animals were kept in filth and unsanitary conditions, without proper care and veterinary assistance.<\/p>\n

The situation was reported by animal volunteers who recorded chaotic breeding, deaths and critical conditions of the animals.<\/p>\n

Activists emphasise that such conditions pose a threat not only to the dogs themselves, but also to the sanitary safety of the community.<\/p>\n

The police have launched a pre-trial investigation and are establishing all the circumstances of the incident, including those responsible for keeping the animals and possible violations of cruelty legislation.<\/p>\n
