Former Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, now Ambassador of Ukraine to the UK Valery Zaluzhny is preparing to leave his diplomatic post and return to Kyiv. This was reported by Radio NV with reference to its own sources.

According to the publication's sources, Zaluzhnyi's dismissal as ambassador to London may take place on 4 or 5 January. So far, there has been no official confirmation of this information from the Office of the President or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
