Zelensky announces personnel decisions to strengthen air defence after meeting with Fedorov

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced the approval of a number of personnel decisions aimed at strengthening the state's defence. He said this after a meeting with Mikhail Fedorov.

According to the Head of State, in particular the candidacy of the new Deputy Commander of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was agreed, who will be responsible for small air defence system.

«We have agreed on personnel decisions that should strengthen our defence. Including the candidacy of a new deputy commander of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who will be responsible for the small air defence system,» Zelenskyy said.

• Transformation of air defence.
  The task is to change approaches to the use of interceptors, mobile fire groups and other units so that their effectiveness is maximum.
