Russia strikes in Donetsk region: one killed and one wounded

A man was killed and six other people were injured in Russian attacks in Donetsk region. At least 15 civilian objects were damaged.

On 28 March, Russian troops attacked eight settlements in the Donetsk region. One person was killed and six were injured in the attacks. Residential buildings and other civilian objects were destroyed.

Attacks on Oleksiyeve-Druzhkivka and Kostiantynivka

Russian troops dropped a KAB-250 bomb in the village of Oleksiyevo-Druzhkivka. A 41-year-old man died as a result of the strike.

Four more civilians were injured: A 55-year-old woman and her 35-year-old son, a 55-year-old man and a 45-year-old woman.

In Kostyantynivka, a 61-year-old man and an 84-year-old woman were wounded in an artillery shelling.

The scale of the destruction

Eight settlements in Donetsk region were under fire. The attacks damaged 15 civilian objects, including 11 residential buildings.

Other civilian infrastructure facilities were also destroyed.

Russian troops regularly shell settlements in Donetsk region, hitting civilian infrastructure and residential buildings. Ukrainian law enforcement officers record all cases of shelling and document the consequences for further investigation of war crimes.
