Ukraine is working on a new exchange of prisoners of war with Russia, which may take place as early as this week. This was announced by the head of the Office of the President Kirill Budanov.

According to Budanov, it is a «significant» number of prisoners to be returned.
«We are working on a new prisoner exchange. I hope it will take place this week,» he said.
When asked about the possible scale of the operation - about 150 or 200 people - the intelligence chief replied that the number would be significant, but without specifying.

Budanov also said that the Russian side has not yet given a final answer on a possible meeting Vladimir Zelensky з Vladimir Putin.
