Consequences of Russian night attack in Kyiv: damaged houses and fires
The consequences of the night attack by Russian forces were recorded in the capital. This was reported by the mayor of Kyiv. According to him, debris fell in several parts of the city, causing damage and fires.
According to preliminary reports, there were no casualties.
Darnytskyi district
An explosive wave was created in the Darnytskyi district due to the fall of debris:
The windows were smashed;
a door in an apartment on the first floor of a nine-storey building was damaged.
No fire was recorded on site.
Holosiivskyi district
The debris caused a fire in the garage cooperative.
Rescuers quickly contained the fire.
Pechersk district
A private house caught fire in Pechersk district as a result of falling debris.
The fire was extinguished by SES units.
Situation in the city
The city authorities note that the information is being clarified. Emergency services are working on the ground.
