«There is no one left to put in the trenches»: Alina Mykhailova says the situation with mobilisation is critical
In Ukraine, the problem of the quality of mobilisation resources is becoming more acute. This was stated by Alina Mikhailova, Head of Medical Service«Ulf», commenting on the situation with the training and retention of personnel.

According to Mikhailova, out of approximately 30 thousand mobilised only about 10 thousand - These are people who are physically capable of at least minimal basic military training (BMT).
«There is no one left to put in the trenches. Of the 30,000 mobilised, 10,000 are “crooked and oblique”, who somehow passed the BZPV and who failed to escape behind the fence. The rest are NWOs. It will be even worse,» she said.
Mykhailova stressed that a significant number of those mobilised or leaves parts without permission, or is unfit to perform combat missions due to health or psychological unreadiness.
Context.
In recent years, the topic of mobilisation has increasingly become a subject of public debate among the military, medical professionals and volunteers. They point to systemic problems - from the quality of medical selection to the level of training and motivation of personnel.
Experts emphasise that without changes in approaches to the selection, training and work with mobilised personnel, the situation may continue to deteriorate, creating additional risks for the frontline.
