Today the enemy fired at five districts of Sumy region. There are civilian casualties and significant damage to infrastructure. Police and emergency services are working on the ground.
Shelling in five districts of the region
Settlements in Sumy, Shostka, Konotop, Okhtyrka and Romny districts came under hostile fire. Numerous damages to civilian infrastructure were recorded.
Two civilians suffered from shelling in Shostka district: A 58-year-old woman and a 56-year-old man. In other areas, residential buildings, outbuildings and vehicles were destroyed.
Destroyed infrastructure facilities
Energy, gas and industrial infrastructure facilities were hit. The destruction of administrative buildings of enterprises and life support facilities was also recorded.
Police and emergency services are working at the sites of the strikes to deal with the aftermath and document the crimes.
