The UN General Assembly supported the resolution «Supporting sustainable peace in Ukraine». The document received overwhelming support from Member States and confirmed the continued international focus on ending the war and restoring stability.

107 countries voted in favour of the resolution. Twelve countries voted against, and 51 abstained. Among those who voted against were Russia, Belarus, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cuba, North Korea, Eritrea, Iran, Mali, Nicaragua, Niger and Sudan.

The results show that there is broad international support for Ukraine, despite the presence of a group of states that did not support the document.
