Following a working meeting with Ukraine's Defence Minister Mykhailo Fedorov, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced the preparation of comprehensive solutions to strengthen the Ukrainian infantry. The key areas include reforming the army's contract system and improving the response to the CBRN. According to the President, these measures should be as effective as possible and meet the real challenges of the frontline.
Record losses of Russians: over 35,000 in March
The President released data on record losses of the Russian army in March - more than 35,000 killed and wounded. The role of drones, which killed 33,988 occupants, was particularly noted. Another 1,363 Russians were killed by artillery and other strikes. Zelenskyy stressed that such results were made possible by strengthening the technological component of the Armed Forces and the effective work of the defence sector.

The use of drones was one of the main factors behind the success of Ukrainian troops in March. According to the President, unmanned systems accounted for almost 34,000 enemy casualties. In addition, artillery and other strikes also play an important role in deterring Russian aggression.
