Zelensky calls for unity in time of war: «Personal is for later»
Volodymyr Zelenskyy stressed that the current period is crucial for the future of Ukraine. According to him, it is particularly important that all Ukrainians work together to ensure that the country survives and can achieve a just peace.
The President stressed that any political disputes or struggle for personal interests during the war are inappropriate and only weaken the country.
The priority is to protect the state
The Head of State noted that the time of defence of Ukraine and its people is now underway, so personal ambitions should be put aside. The main task remains to strengthen defence, support the army and consolidate society.
He also stressed that strong internal unity is an important condition for achieving peace on terms favourable to Ukraine.
Context.
Ukraine continues to resist Russian aggression, while conducting diplomatic work with international partners on security guarantees, military assistance and a future peaceful settlement. Against this backdrop, the Ukrainian authorities regularly call on society to be united and responsible in wartime.
