From now on, documents for the appointment of military personnel are submitted directly from the unit to the General Staff, which speeds up the process returning after a CPR. At the same time, the new approach minimises bureaucracy and complicates transfers from combat brigades to more comfortable units.
General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine simplifies the procedure for returning servicemen after the Joint Forces Operation
Today, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced the introduction of a new system for the return of servicemen after the Joint Forces Operation. The main change is the elimination of intermediate links in the document processing process: now, documents for the appointment or transfer of servicemen are submitted directly from the military unit to the General Staff, bypassing the army corps, operational command and other structures.
The process of military return
The new mechanism does not change the conditions for returning to service after the NWC, but makes the process more democratic and transparent. The General Staff also notes that electronic letters of recommendation should not be used to transfer from combat brigades performing tasks on the front line to units with more comfortable conditions of service.
In addition, the General Staff is taking steps to reduce the paperwork associated with the movement of military personnel, which will allow for faster personnel decisions.
