In Kharkiv, dozens of women who are not liable for military service were registered with the Shevchenkivskyi TCC. Among them are psychologists, teachers and school employees.
According to the victims, they were put on medical lists without their consent. Women learned about this only after receiving summonses or information about being wanted.
Implications for women
Due to the actions of the TCC, the women were wanted as «evaders». Some of them received summonses even though they had never worked in medical institutions.
The victims appealed to the police and the Ministry of Defence. There are dozens of such cases in Kharkiv.

The Ministry of Defence stated that such actions were illegal. The ministry has launched an investigation into the work of the Shevchenkivskyi TCC.

Context.
Mobilisation is ongoing in Ukraine, but only women of certain professions, including doctors, are required to register. This is the first time that mass registration of non-military women has been recorded.
