What prevents recovery
The city administration explained that the key factor is the state of the energy sector after the Russian attacks. The possibility of a full-fledged launch of electric transport depends on it.
At the same time, the situation is also significantly affected by the staff shortage in the transport sector.
«Enterprises work with limited human resources, as the state does not provide 100% armour for Kyivpastrans drivers, which has an extremely negative impact on both transport operations and rolling stock repairs,“ the department said.
