Poltava CCC spokesperson: some people do not want to serve, but the CCC «helps to make a choice»
Spokesperson for the Poltava Territorial Recruitment Centre Istomin said that some citizens do not want to voluntarily join the Defence Forces.
At the same time, he said, TCCs continue to do their job and «help» such persons make up their minds.
