Shooting occurs during document check in Zhytomyr region
An incident involving representatives of the Territorial centre for recruitment and social support (TCC) and a local resident. This was reported in the To the National Police of Ukraine.
Event details
According to law enforcement officers, a scuffle broke out with local residents during the document check. During the conflict, one of the soldiers fired a shot from a starting gun, which he had with him.
Police officers at the scene promptly intervened and stopped the conflict.
Consequences.
The police emphasise: no civilians were injured. All participants in the incident have been identified.
What's next
Currently ongoing verification of the circumstances of the incident. Upon its completion, the final legal qualification of the participants' actions will be given.
