Suspicion of an official of the Ministry of Culture
Investigators served a notice of suspicion to the head of a department of the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine. According to the prosecutor's office, in conversations she justified Russia's actions and denied armed aggression against Ukraine.
The official claimed that Ukraine had provoked the war. She also discussed where the Russians should launch a missile attack on Kyiv.
Evidence and searches
The expert evidence confirmed the unlawful nature of the suspect's statements. During the search of her apartment, letters to Putin and unknown recipients were seized.
In these letters, the official's son asked for help to leave Ukraine, stating that he did not want to «live among Nazis» and saw his future in Russia. The prosecutor's office filed a motion with the court to arrest the suspect.

According to the investigation, the suspect is charged under Part 3 of Art. 436-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - justification, recognition of the lawfulness or denial of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation.
