Ukrzaliznytsia is introducing new security measures for passengers. During an air raid, the entire train is evacuated until the alarm is over. Passengers are urged to follow the instructions of the conductors.
New evacuation rules
From now on, in the event of an air raid, all passengers on the train must evacuate before the end of the alarm. After the alarm is announced, passengers should prepare for evacuation: get dressed, keep their documents and phone with them, and wait for the conductor's instructions.
When the train stops, exit through the nearest exit without panic. Leave large items in the carriage, help others and do not linger on the tracks.
Actions during evacuation
After leaving the carriage, passengers should quickly go to a shelter or move to a safe distance from the train. In the event of explosions, lie face down, open your mouth, cover your head and follow the instructions of the staff.
Returning to the carriage is only allowed after an official signal that the danger has ended. This can be a voice message, a megaphone signal or a whistle.
