«We are doing everything possible to resume the traffic as soon as possible. The stoppage is due to power instability after the nighttime shelling,» the service said in an official comment.
Kyiv city authorities called on residents of the capital plan routes in advance, if possible switch to land transport or work remotely until the situation is stabilised.
