Zelensky: Russia is deliberately discrediting mobilisation with fakes about TCC
The President said that the Kremlin was deliberately making the word «mobilisation» toxic by spreading disinformation and using AI.
Details of the application
Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported that a significant amount of disinformation is being spread around the activities of territorial recruitment centres (TRCs), which he said is being facilitated by Russia.
The President noted that there are many challenges and messages about mobilisation in the information space, but a significant part of them are fakes or manipulations.
According to the head of state, the Russian side is deliberately trying to create a false impression that Ukraine is «busking everyone».
The role of AI and information operations
Zelenskyy stressed that artificial intelligence tools are actively used in the discredit campaign.
«There are many challenges with the CCC, but there is a lot of disinformation, a lot of AI. The Russians did it on purpose to show that Ukraine is busking everyone, although this is not true,» the president said.
Tasks for the Ministry of Defence
At the same time, the Head of State acknowledged that the issue of mobilisation remains complex and sensitive for society.
The President said that the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine had received a separate task to develop solutions to ensure fairness during mobilisation.
«The issue of fairness in mobilisation is a difficult one. The Russians have done everything to make this word as toxic as possible,» Zelensky added.
Context.
