Prosecutor's office demands to demolish house of former MP and ally Viktor Medvedchuk Anatoliy Pysarenko, built on Trukhaniv Island. This is a facility that, according to the investigation, was built in violation of the law and prevents free access to the Dnipro riverbank.
What is known about the development
According to the prosecutor's office, the site was originally used as a rehabilitation centre with an area of 206 м².
Following the acquisition of the building and land plot by a company linked to Pysarenko, the facility was reconstructed and increased its area to more than 1000 m².
Law enforcement officials claim that:
the house and fence are built illegally;
