For the first time in history, the Ukrainian military captured an enemy position using only unmanned platforms and ground robotic systems. This was announced today by the President of Ukraine, who emphasised that there were no casualties among the personnel and that the Russian military had surrendered.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in an official Telegram channel, The Ministry of Defence of Ukraine reported that today, for the first time, Ukrainian forces captured the occupiers' position using only unmanned platforms - ground robotic systems (GRS) and drones. No infantrymen took part in the operation, which helped to avoid losses among the Ukrainian military.

According to the President, the Russian military personnel at the position surrendered. This underscores the effectiveness of the use of modern technologies on the battlefield and a new approach to warfare.

Zelenskyy stressed that such robotic systems as Ratel, Termit, Ardal, Lynx, Zmiy, Protector, Volya and others have already completed more than 22,000 missions at the front over the past three months. This means that the lives of Ukrainian soldiers have been saved more than 22,000 times thanks to the use of robots in the most dangerous areas.
