The scale of the war is growing: 9132 drones and hundreds of attacks per day

31 March marked the 1497th day of Russia's full-scale war against Ukraine. The defence forces are repelling the enemy's attempts to advance deep into the country's territory and inflicting significant losses on it. Over the past day, the enemy carried out more than 9,000 drone attacks and 85 air strikes.

Scale of hostilities per day

Over the past day, the following was recorded 140 combatants clashes along the entire frontline. The occupiers carried out 85 air strikes, dropping 266 guided bombs. The enemy also used 9,132 kamikaze drones and fired 3,964 times, including 77 times from multiple launch rocket systems.

The airstrikes affected settlements in Sumy, Dnipro and Zaporizhzhya regions, including Hlukhiv, Volfine, Yastrubshchyna, Lisne, Vilna Sloboda, Havrylivka, Lisne, Levadne, Pokrovske, Vozdvyzhivka, Novoselivka, Shyroke, Charivne, Mala Tokmachka and Orikhiv.

The situation on the routes

On the North Slobozhansky and Kursk directions One firefight took place, the enemy carried out two air strikes and fired 117 times, including three times from multiple rocket launchers. In the South Slobozhansky sector, the enemy tried to break through the defences three times in the areas of Starytsia, Vovchansk and towards Hatne.

In the Kupyansk direction 11 attacks were recorded in the areas of Novoosynove, Kurylivka, Borivska Andriivka, Pishchane and Kupyansk. In the Liman sector, four attacks were registered in the areas of Droysheve and Novoyehorivka. In the Sloviansk sector, Ukrainian defenders stopped four attempts by the occupants to advance near Rai Oleksandrivka and Zakitne.

In the Konstantinovka direction the enemy carried out 17 attacks near Kostyantynivka, Illinivka, Kleban-Byk, Pleshchyivka, Ivanopillia, Novopavlivka, Stepanivka and Sofiyivka. In the Pokrovsk sector, 29 attacks were repelled in the areas of Toretske, Myrnohrad, Rodynske, Pokrovsk, Hryshyne, Udachne, Novomykolayivka, Novopidhorodne and Molodetske.

In the Oleksandrivske direction the enemy attacked nine times in the areas of Berezove, Kalynove, Zlahoda, as well as in the direction of Oleksandhorod and Verbove. In the Huliaipol sector, 13 attacks were registered near Huliaipol, Bilohirsk, Huliaipilske, Staroukrainka and Zaliznychne.

No enemy offensives were recorded in the Orikhivske, Prydniprovskyi, Volynskyi and Polissia sectors.

Actions of the Defence Forces

Ukrainian aviation, missile troops and artillery struck two areas of enemy concentration and one UAV control point. Ukrainian defenders continue to systematically destroy the enemy and hold the line in all areas of the frontline.
