This morning, the governor of the Nizhny Novgorod region Gleb Nikitin reported damage to the Lukoil-Nizhniy Novgorodnefteorgsintez refinery and Novogorkovskaya CHP plant as a result of a Ukrainian drone attack. According to official reports, there were no casualties or injuries. The incident is yet another example of escalating drone attacks on strategic Russian facilities.

In the morning, the Governor of Nizhny Novgorod Region, Gleb Nikitin, reported damage to two important infrastructure facilities in the region.
