Conspiracy against the president: Serbia announces an attempt on Vucic's life
Serbia's Interior Ministry announces disclosure of plot to assassinate the country's president Alexandra Vucic and his family members.
According to official reports, law enforcement officers detained two men aged 51 and 43. The investigation believes that they were preparing an attack and were going to buy weapons.
Preparation of the conspiracy
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the suspects began developing the plan in December 2025. Law enforcement officers are establishing all the circumstances and possible accomplices.
The detainees are currently in custody.
