Russian drone kills woman in Chernihiv region: house burns down after night strike
A woman born in 1937 was killed in Chernihiv region as a result of a Russian attack. This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
Details of the attack
According to rescuers, a Russian drone hit a residential building in one of the settlements of Koryukiv district at night.
The impact caused a fire over an area of about 150 square metres.

The State Emergency Service units promptly arrived at the scene and extinguished the fire. The circumstances of the attack and the final consequences are under investigation.
No information about other victims has been received so far.

Russia continues regular drone attacks on Ukraine's border and rear regions. Chernihiv region is systematically targeted due to its proximity to the border with Russia.
