Administrators of Viber group on trial for allegedly engaging in transfer pricing
У Novoarkhangelsk Kirovohrad region the court heard the case against the administrators Viber communities, where they published information about the work of territorial recruitment centres.
According to the court, two local residents created a group called «Weather Novoarkhangelsk».
Published information on the TCC
In the community, participants reported about:
places of service of summonses;
movement of mobile groups of shopping malls;
the appearance of military and law enforcement officers in different parts of the community.
Users submitted this information in the format of «forecasts», warning other participants about the possible appearance of TCC representatives.
Court decision
The court found the men guilty.
Each of them was assigned punishment in the form of 5 years' imprisonment, However, he was released from serving his sentence with probationary period.
Context.
Since the outbreak of the full-scale war, law enforcement agencies have repeatedly opened cases against administrators of online communities who published information about the movements of TCC employees.
The investigation believes that the dissemination of such data may impede the implementation of mobilisation activities.
