Ukraine leads the world in arms imports
Ukraine has become the largest importer of major weapons in the world.
This is stated in a new study Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI).
According to analysts, in the period 2021-2025 Ukraine's share in global imports of major weapons systems was 9,7%.
Who supplies Ukraine with weapons
The main suppliers of weapons were:
USA - 41% of all deliveries
Germany - 14%
Poland - 9,4%
In general, after the start of the full-scale invasion, weapons were supplied to Ukraine by at least 36 countries.

The report notes that in 2025 The volume of military supplies decreased compared to 2023-2024.
One of the reasons is called reduction of military aid from the United States, which remains the largest arms supplier to Ukraine.

Weapons donated by the allies include air defence systems, artillery, armoured vehicles, missiles and other modern weapons.
