Four people, including two children, were injured in Zaporizhzhya district at night as a result of shelling. Rescuers extinguished the fire and ensured safety at the scene.
Shelling in Zaporizhzhya district: victims and consequences
At night, Russian troops shelled one of the settlements in Zaporizhzhia district. As a result, a 40-year-old man, a 35-year-old woman and two children aged 11 and 16 were wounded. The victims were hospitalised until the arrival of the State Emergency Service.
The blast wave and debris damaged neighbouring residential buildings, causing significant material damage to local residents.
Rescue and firefighting operations
Rescuers from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine promptly extinguished a fire in a residential building caused by shelling. The rescue operations were successful, preventing the fire from spreading further.
All emergency services were on the scene, ensuring the safety of the victims and providing them with the necessary assistance.
