Krivonos is accused of fictitious adoption of a child, He had to give up his childhood home to avoid criminal liability for vote-buying. After the amnesty, he refused to adopt, and gave false testimony in court.
In addition, criminal proceedings are ongoing against Kryvonos for extortion of a bribe of USD 120 thousand for the allocation of 0.25 hectares of land in the village of Stari Bezradychi in 2014. At that time, he was the head of the registration service of the Obukhiv Department of Justice.
