And we do so effectively,” said Syudila.
A disinformation campaign against PHU Lechmar
The implementation of the contract was accompanied by a massive disinformation campaign by the Russian security services. Syudila noted that Russia is waging war on several fronts simultaneously, including in the information sphere, with the aim of discrediting Ukraine’s supply chains. False information about the company was disseminated across more than 600 pro-Russian websites within a few hours. Similar narratives also appeared in some Ukrainian media and among influencers, which, according to the spokesperson, consists of information taken out of context or outdated information.
Response to allegations of corruption
A spokesperson for PHU Lechmar has rejected the allegations made by a Ukrainian MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak about corruption when purchasing weapons through the company. She emphasised that the contract had been fulfilled in full, which is the best response to such allegations. The company operates in full compliance with the law and is prepared for any inspections.

Once the war has ended and following consultations with the Ukrainian and Polish authorities, PHU Lechmar plans to share all available information regarding its contracts. This should help to increase transparency regarding arms supplies and strengthen trust within the partnership.
