Russian troops have launched further attacks on Kramatorsk in the Donetsk region. As a result of the attack on a residential area, one man was injured and eight private homes were damaged. Fires broke out in a outbuilding and a flat in a nine-storey block of flats. Separately, a Russian FPV drone attacked a shop.

Eight private houses were damaged
The State Emergency Service reported on the consequences of the strikes.
The Russian attack targeted a residential area in Kramatorsk. One man was injured, at least eight private houses were damaged. Following the shelling, a farm building caught fire. Another fire broke out in a flat in a nine-storey residential block. Emergency services arrived at the sites of the strikes and extinguished the fires.
An FPV drone attacked a shop
Russian troops carried out a separate attack using FPV drone. A drone struck a shop building, after which a fire broke out there. Rescue workers managed to contain the fire. However, they were unable to complete the operation straight away — due to the constant activity of Russian drones, the emergency services were forced to temporarily suspend fire-fighting operations for safety reasons.
Situations like this are becoming increasingly common in frontline towns Donetsk region: repeated drone attacks pose an additional threat to rescue workers operating at the sites of previous strikes.
Kramatorsk is under constant attack
The city has been under intense Russian attack over the last few days. On 21 September alone, Russian troops Kramatorsk was attacked 16 times, using two KAB-250 aerial bombs, a «Tornado-S» multiple launch rocket system and drones. One person was killed and seven others were injured, including two children.
According to the police, eight blocks of flats and 17 detached houses, a shop and two cars were damaged as a result of the strikes.
In total, over the past 24 hours, Russian troops have inflicted 1,686 strikes along the front line and in residential areas of the Donetsk region. Ten settlements came under fire, and 50 civilian structures were damaged, 36 of which were residential buildings.
