Fedorov announces new digital services in 2026: e-Accounts, e-Notary, e-Court and 5G pilot

Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mikhail Fedorov announced the launch of a number of new digital public services in 2026. According to him, in the coming years, e-Accounts, e-Notary, e-Court, as well as special digital solutions for gambling regulation should be launched in the country.

Fedorov emphasised that the digitalisation of government processes will continue even in the most difficult conditions. He noted that the government is also working to optimise the work of ASCs to ensure fast and comfortable service delivery to citizens across the country. Following the meeting with President Zelensky, the Minister stressed that the state should remain as accessible to people as possible, regardless of the challenges.


Plans for communication and implementation of new technologies

The Ministry of Digital Transformation is also preparing to launch a pilot project for 5G and Direct to Cell technology. The goal is to expand mobile coverage and improve the quality of the Internet across the country, which is especially important amid attacks on infrastructure and growing network load.

Fedorov noted that the introduction of new communication standards will be an important step in the modernisation of Ukraine's digital ecosystem.


Growing the audience of Diia«

The Minister reminded that the Diia ecosystem continues to expand and gain popularity. As of today, the app has more than 23 million users, and the number of available services is growing every year.
