Structure and activities of a criminal organisation
The criminal group operated as a commercial enterprise with a division of responsibilities, internal hierarchy and control system. The organisers coordinated the work of accomplices, recruited new members and distributed profits. The group consisted of area supervisors responsible for recruiting women, quality control of services, IT support and administration of telegram channels, as well as team leaders and managers. Recruitment and distribution of services via Telegram
The criminals used six telegram channels targeting audiences in Ukraine, Poland and Kazakhstan. Through them, women were recruited under the guise of high-paying jobs and offered sexual services for money. This approach allowed them to reach a wide audience and maintain a steady stream of clients.
Investigation and evidence
Law enforcement officers conducted more than two hundred covert investigations, which allowed them to document the activities of all members of the organisation. The investigation was carried out by operatives of the Migration Police Department and investigators of the Main Investigation Department of the National Police of Ukraine with the support of the Special Forces Police and under the supervision of the Prosecutor General's Office.

The defendants are charged with human trafficking, money laundering, creation and management of a criminal organisation, pimping and involvement in prostitution.
