Kyiv exposes scheme in shopping malls: «evaders» earned up to $60 thousand per month
Employees of one of the territorial recruitment centres in Kyiv organised a scheme to illegally depart for foreign countries. This was reported by State Bureau of Investigation.
According to the investigation, the officials manufactured fictitious certificates, The law allows men to avoid mobilisation and leave the territory of Ukraine.

According to law enforcement officers, the cost of processing such documents was about 4 thousand dollars.
According to preliminary data, the following people went through this scheme at least 100 people liable for military service, of which 31 people travelled abroad and did not return to Ukraine.
The total profit of the organisers, according to the investigation, could reach approximately $60 thousand per month.
A minor was involved in the scheme
Investigators also found that the scheme involved underage girl, who acted as a courier.
She sent documents by post, handed them over to clients and received money for the «services».
