According to the prosecutor's office, the incident occurred on 23 April while the man was being transported to a mobilisation centre. During the conflict, he stabbed two soldiers several times in the neck.
After that, the attacker damaged the official vehicle and hit one of the soldiers in the forearm with a spanner. The investigation is establishing the circumstances of the incident.

The Prosecutor's Office of Bukovyna reported that the attack occurred during the performance of military duties. The man resisted during his transfer to the TCC.
Law enforcement officers detained the suspect at the scene. He was served a notice of suspicion of attempted murder and hooliganism.
