TCCs will have access to personal data of Ukrainians through integration with state registers.

The territorial recruitment centres will have access to data from state registers, medical and educational institutions.
This is envisaged by the new automated system for registering conscripts, which will come into effect after the relevant regulations are adopted.

How the system will work

According to the project, TCCs will automatically receive information about citizens, The military is responsible for the registration of persons eligible for military service.
The data will come from government databases and include:

  • surname, name, patronymic;

  • date of birth and photo;

  • address of residence and marital status;

  • medical data (to a limited extent - to determine eligibility);

  • information from educational institutions and the demographic register.

Some technical data may also come from banking sources, but without access to accounts or financial transactions.


The purpose of the changes

The Ministry of Defence explains that the system is being created to Reduce bureaucracy and prevent duplication of information.
It will allow you to automatically update military data, It will reduce the workload of the CCP's employees and improve accounting accuracy.

«Information will be processed in accordance with the law on personal data protection. No third-party body will have access to bank or private documents», the Ministry of Defence stressed.
